About this Event
Make room for movement. Make room for God.
Join us at Commune Detroit on Friday, November 13, 2026, for Worship & Wellness, a faith-centered gathering that brings together intentional movement, worship, prayer, and community.
Led by and sponsored by , this experience invites you to care for your body while making space to connect with Jesus. Come as you are—with your energy, your questions, your faith, and whatever kind of week you’ve had.
You don’t need to be an experienced fitness enthusiast or have your faith journey figured out. This is an invitation to show up, move your body, worship freely, and connect with others.
What to expect
- Intentional movement rooted in caring for the body.
- Worship that creates space to turn your attention toward Jesus.
- Prayer and encouragement to support your faith journey.
- Community connection with others seeking time for faith and wellness.
Our hope is that you leave feeling encouraged, connected, and refreshed in body, mind, and spirit.
