The World Stroke Day - 2026 Mini Marathon promotes physical activity and raises vital awareness about the importance of Neurological health in preventing stroke and disability.
Regular movement, like running, walking is essential for maintaining a strong, healthy spine, limbs and supporting overall neurological function.
Participating in this event is required to build a supportive community dedicated to spine and brain health, and to encourage lifelong habits that keep us active and pain-free.
Whether you're chasing your personal best, running for the thrill, or creating memories with your little champion—every step matters.

Age: Anyone who can complete the distance is welcome to participate.
