To promote peace, social cohesion, and peaceful coexistence with dignity among the diverse communities in Cox’s Bazar, hundreds of runners will come together at the iconic Laboni point for a run that is more than a race. Choosing Cox’s Bazar beach as the ground for this run is deliberate. A place that has absorbed so much strain is also a place that can model what living alongside difference looks like, when the intent is unity rather than division.
The 1st edition of the 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝟒𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞 organized by Embolden Bangladesh supported by the District Administration, Cox’s Bazar is coming. Let’s come and run together because every step towards peace matters.

• Venue: Laboni Point Sea Beach, Cox's Bazar
• Race: Solidarity Run, 7.5 km (open for all)
• Reporting time: 5:30 AM
• Start time: 6:00 AM
• Route: Laboni Beach Point- Holiday Moor- Gungachtola Moor- New Bridge- Laboni Point
• Slots: Limited to 400 Participant, first come, first served.

• Open to all.
• All participants must be in good health REGISTRATION
• Fee: 700 BDT
• Registration period: 1 October to 15 October 2026 (closes hard on 15 October)
• Registration is online only. No on-site registration on race day.

1. Fill in the registration form (link above).
2. Pay 700 BDT via bKash or Nagad Merchant (𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡): 01575828934. Use (Make Payment) and write your full name as the reference.
3. Enter your transaction ID in the form.
4. You will receive confirmation via (SMS / email) within the next day. Your registration is only complete once payment is confirmed.

• Date and time: 30 October 2026 from 5.00 PM- 9.30 PM (May change the duration)
• Venue: Laboni Beach Point, Details will be shared in the event page
• Bring a valid photo ID (and your confirmation message/email)
• Kits cannot be collected on race day
• Kits can be collected by someone else with a signed authorisation letter and a copy of your ID
• Kits must be collected in person.
• The expo is also a chance to meet fellow runners and network

𝐏𝐎𝐃𝐈𝐔𝐌 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐙𝐄 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐄𝐘
Prizes go to the first three finishers in each of the male and female categories:
• Champion: BDT 10,000 + certificate
• 1st Runner-up: BDT 8,000 + certificate
• 2nd Runner-up: BDT 5,000 + certificate
Prize notes:
• Podium positions go to the first three runners to cross the finish line in each category. Timing is by bib-based manual timing.
• Winners must be present at the awards ceremony. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
• Disputes must be reported to race officials immediately after the race. The decisions of the race officials are final.
𝐑𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒
General
• Valid photo ID is required for kit collection.
• Kits must be collected before race day.
Race day
• Wear your bib visibly at all times. No bib = disqualification.
• Start only at your designated start time.
• Stay on the official route and follow race officials and volunteers.
• Littering is strictly prohibited. Please use the designated bins.
• Pets and strollers are not permitted on the course.
• Medical help is available throughout the course. Seek it immediately if needed.
Photo and media consent
• By registering, you agree that photos and videos taken at the event may be used and published by the organisers, including on our Facebook page.
Cancellation, weather and refunds
• The event goes ahead with rain or shine. Severe weather may delay the start. No refunds will be issued for weather delays.
• Registrationsare non-transferable.
• No refunds for injury, illness, or non-attendance.
• If the organisers postpone or cancel the event for safety or administrative reasons, [participants will be offered a place at the new date / a refund of the registration fee].
Conduct and fair play
• Show respect to fellow runners, volunteers and event staff.
