WHAT THIS IS ABOUTNon-monogamy opens up possibilities for exploring love, freedom, and connection in different ways. At the same time, it may also bring some of our oldest relational patterns to the surface. This can make taking the first steps feel vulnerable, and even after years of experience, non-monogamy can continue to be both rewarding and challenging.
However, more open relationship structures can also become a place where we learn about our attachment patterns and, through that, grow both as individuals and together with others.
Li has a special ability to translate complex topics into simple, direct, and accessible language. In this workshop, Li will guide us in exploring:
* The difference between childhood needs and adult needs in our relationships.
* How greater inner security can allow for more freedom and deeper connection at the same time.
* How understanding our attachment patterns can help us navigate challenges and grow together rather than getting caught in old reactions.
The workshop will be in English.

The workshop combines a talk with interactive exercises and is designed both for people who are new to non-monogamy and for those who have been living and practicing it for many years.

Saturday 21 November, starting at 17:00 and lasting 1,5 hour.
After the workshop, we have our regular social event for non-monogamy, starting at 19:00.
