What is Working Women Club?
The only comparison to traditional networking is that you will have to introduce yourself. The rest is very different. The session will always have a theme, it has self-promotion workshop elements so you get to think about yourself in your work and have some actionable take-aways, and it also gives you structure to talk to others in the room in a deeper way than your usual chat over a coffee.
Working Women Club is a monthly session for working women in Yorkshire a carefully facilitated space where you come to think, reflect, connect, and leave genuinely energised.
Each session has a fresh theme from making your business more visible, to turning rejection into redirection, to reviewing your quarter with clarity and intention. You'll learn something, explore it together, and apply it directly to where you are right now.
Here's how it works:
Every session is structured:
A short, thought-provoking opener on the month's theme something that gets you thinking differently about your business or career
Guided reflection questions
Structured peer discussions designed to go deeper than "so what do you do?" these are the conversations that build real trust
Connection that means something because you've shared something real, not just swapped instagram handles.
It's facilitated by Lisa Lyons, a life coach passionate about personal growth and bringing women together. She creates a welcoming space for genuine conversations, meaningful connections, and women supporting women.
Who is it for?
Any working woman. Employed, self-employed, side-hustling, scaling up, just starting out, you're welcome here. You don't need a polished pitch or a business plan. You just need to show up.
