Wood Lake Nature Center Open HouseWelcome back, or welcome for the first time!
Come celebrate the reopening of our brand-new nature center building! Meet live animals, explore new exhibits, and try simple nature activities for all ages. Step out onto our new observation deck for a gorgeous view of the marsh, let the kids explore our new nature playground, then warm up by the outdoor fire. Our naturalists will be on hand to answer your questions, and you can visit tables from our sustainability partners and FOWL (Friends of Wood Lake). Enjoy light refreshments and enter to win door prizes while you celebrate the reopening of Wood Lake Nature Center with us.
Our new building is wheelchair accessible, with Spanish translations and a sensory room, so everyone can feel welcome.
