About this Event
MYSELF — Women’s Yoga & Wellbeing Day Retreat
Saturday 10 October 2026 · 1:30–6:00 pm
Lesnes Abbey Lodge, Abbey Wood, South East London
If you feel pulled in different directions and there’s little room left for yourself, I’d love to welcome you.
I create these retreats because, as women, we give so much of ourselves. Sometimes we need support to turn that care towards ourselves too.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
• Yoga and breathwork
Guided movement with options to suit your experience, helping you explore your body and breath at your own pace.
• Guided woodland walk
Time among the trees to slow down and notice the autumn surroundings.
• Nourishing meal, herbal teas and snacks
Enjoy food together, with time to chat and get to know one another.
• Restorative yoga and sound bath
Settle into supported rest while I guide you through gentle practice and the sounds of the bowls.
• Journaling and reflection
Simple prompts to explore how you’re feeling and what you need. Sharing is optional.
IS THIS DAY FOR ME?
You don’t need yoga experience or flexibility. Come on your own or with a friend, you’ll receive a warm welcome either way.
There’s space to enjoy the company and space to be quiet. You can take breaks whenever you need.
YOUR HOST
I’m Rossella, a yoga teacher and sound therapist. I’ve been teaching yoga for 10 years, and organising wellbeing retreats, creating welcoming spaces where people can practise, connect and make time for themselves.
A limited number of early-bird places are available. Select Tickets to see current prices and availability.
I’d love to share this day and experience with you.
