Create more options for your personal safety. Beginner-friendly guided practice; no martial arts experience needed. Led by Kayla Bennett, a mixed martial arts black belt with a degree in psychology. Maximum eight women. $29.95 plus ticket fees. Ages 18+; ages 16–17 with a parent or guardian. Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes; bring water. Look for Academy Lawn Signs!
