Something wickedly fun is coming to Downtown New Port Richey… 🕯️✨🎃✨For one enchanted evening each Halloween, Main Street and Grand Boulevard belong to the goblins, ghouls, witches, princesses, superheroes, tiny dinosaurs, Addams Families and whatever wonderfully strange creatures you can dream up.
Trick or Treat Downtown NPR is back!
This old-fashioned community Halloween celebration is completely FREE and open to kids, grown-ups and anyone who still believes Halloween MUST involve costumes, candy, and a little make-believe.
Downtown businesses, local organizations and City departments will line the streets with treats, activities and plenty of Halloween spirit. Come in costume, bring your candy bucket and wander downtown at your own pace.
And yes… there will be candy. Lots and lots of candy.

Say hello to our Police Chief, officers, firefighters and members of other City departments. You may even catch a special appearance by Fire Engine 1!

Dress up. Bring your friends. Grab a table at one of downtown’s restaurants or watering holes, enjoy the parade of costumes from the sidewalk and soak up one of the most wonderfully weird nights of the year.
No admission. No pressure to buy anything. No complicated agenda.
Just our community taking over downtown for a few hours and cooking up a little Halloween magic together. Come haunt the streets with us!

🚧 Streets close at 4:00 PM

Free parking is available in City lots and at the parking garage at Main Street & US 19.
