Real talk - over the last few years, I have been navigating a slew of personal challenges - from a divorce to self-reflection and reconciliation, to loss, to understanding boundaries and beyond - all while building a business, raising two beautifully kind humans, and holding space for others. My fierce independence told me I had to heal alone and in silence. The gracious and brave women in my life reminded me we heal loudly, in connection, and in community.
Women have gathered in circles for centuries to share wisdom and empower, to hold ceremony, to raise children, to tell stories, to lift each other, to unite and nurture. We heal out loud and in community.
What if there was a space like that? What if we built it?

We will hold space for one another, be led through a meditation by me, journal, and/or simply be in community. Come as you are. No more or less is needed.
