About this Event
Women’s Codex Voice Circle is a guided two-hour experience for women to explore voice, breath, resonance, sound and expression in a supportive group setting.
This is not a singing lesson, and you do not need to consider yourself a singer.
Through gentle vocal exploration, humming, breath and body awareness, group sound, simple singing and creative prompts, we’ll explore what it feels like to experience your voice from within rather than only judging how it sounds.
The evening is spacious, curious and playful. You’ll have opportunities to listen, make sound, experiment, reflect and notice what changes when your voice is surrounded by other voices.
You are always welcome to participate at your own pace. There is no pressure to perform or to make any particular kind of sound.
