Sistermatic Change: Rise & Thrive - 10 Wellbeing Workshops
We are delighted to launch Rise & Thrive, a series of 10 wellbeing workshops funded by YNNS. This programme has been created to support women from the Midlands and also members of the Deaf community across the Midlands by providing opportunities to connect with others, enhance wellbeing and develop new skills in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Workshop 2: Women's Wellness Workout - Zumba Class with Zee
Join us for our second session, where we’ll be getting active with a fun and energising 45-minute Zumba class led by Zee!
Suitable for all abilities and fitness levels, this ladies-only session is all about moving your body, enjoying great music and having fun in a relaxed and welcoming environment. There’s no need to worry about getting every move right, just come along, have a go and enjoy plenty of laughter along the way!
Whether you’re completely new to Zumba or already love to dance, this is a great opportunity to get active, boost your energy and connect with other women in the community, in a safe, inclusive & ladies only environment.
Venue: St Ambrose Barlow Church, Lakey Lane, Hall Green, Birmingham, B28 8QU
Time: 6:30pm (Doors open for registration)
Who can attend: Ladies only (aged 19+)
Refreshments: Tea, squash and coffee will be provided.
Limited parking available on site
This workshop is fully inclusive and welcomes members of the Deaf community. A British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter will be present throughout the session to ensure everyone can participate.
