About this Event
You invest in your body with Pilates, sound baths, and cold plunges. But what about your mind, your emotions, your sense of connection?
My name is Alice, and I'm an integrative therapist and the facilitator of this group. Join me for a gentle women's wellbeing walk every Thursday in Brockwell Park.
What to expect:
🫂 7:00 pm-7:15 pm | Arrivals, meeting, settling in before we begin.
🌳 7:15 pm-7:35 pm | 20-minute gentle walk around Brockwell Park, chatting, discussing the week, the theme, anything you feel comfortable with.
🌀 7:35 pm-8:00 pm | Sitting together comfortably on the grass, we reflect a little deeper. Each week has a different theme, for example:
🧘♀️ Mindfulness — a short breathing practice together, then a moment to reflect on what came up and how to carry it into your week.
🤍 Self-love — writing down the words we actually need to hear when the negative self-talk creeps in, a practice in how to change how we speak to ourselves.
💌 8 pm | We close out our group and say our goodbyes.
No experience is needed, just a willingness to show up as you are. Come alone or bring a friend; you don't need to know anyone beforehand. Either way, you'll leave having connected with other women, some of whom may understand exactly what you're carrying.
£8 per session. 7 pm to 8 pm, every Thursday. We meet at the Herne Hill entrance to Brockwell Park, where Dulwich Road meets Norwood Road.
