Step away from the emails, the to-do list and the constant pressure to keep going.

Join us for a relaxed morning walk where you can slow down, enjoy some fresh air and connect with a lovely group of women in a friendly, welcoming environment.

Whether you're coming to meet new people, fancy a good natter or simply want a reason to get outside, you'll be warmly welcomed.

There's no pressure, no awkward networking and no expectations. Just a chance to reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, get your steps in and have a laugh along the way.

We'll be walking approximately 5.5km, following a beautiful circular route through Mersey Vale, starting and finishing at East Didsbury Tram Station. We'll keep a steady pace so everyone can enjoy the walk, with plenty of opportunities to stop, chat and take in the surroundings.

Well-behaved doggies are very welcome too! 🐾
