Building a Safe Sister Community.This 90‑minute gathering offers a gentle, heart‑opening place for women to connect, reflect, and move together. Kim will gently guide a sharing circle, with the option of using a card pull as a doorway into reflection, insight, and a space to be heard. From here, the circle will restore through a short yoga flow designed to release what’s been brought up in the body and soul. Time permitting, the group will close with a simple mantra accompanied by harmonium, a soothing, elevating practice to nurture our spirit. This is a safe space for women to be witnessed, to connect with our truth and one another, and to experience the releasing quality of yoga as a part of our healing practice.
Offered as a community class, pay what you can between $8-$20.
