🎄Come join this cosy, festive gathering for womxn and NB AFAB (non-binary, assigned-female-at-birth) humans 🎅🏻
This will be a relaxed small group coming together to connect, unwind, and feel supported. You’ll meet like-minded people, enjoy some tasty snacks and drinks, and share stories in an uplifting atmosphere.
Come exactly as you are, take a breath, and step into a space where community and connection are the heart and soul ✨

Who is this for? This event is for all AFAB people who identify as female or non-binary.
What will we do? We'll do some grounding exercises (a little guided meditation or soundbath), have a a sharing circle, enjoy festive food and music. This is the moment to slow down and take time to think about the last year - the ups and down - and start to consider our wishes for the upcoming year. Eat, drink, be merry, and celebrate our wonderful, powerful selves :)

Cost: 12-18 EUR
What to bring: A Christmas snack and / or drink to share, slippers or cosy socks, any festive deco or clothing you'd like, a thermos cup. We will have yoga cushions, snacks and drinks e.g. Glühwein to share
FYI: Save the date: There will be a follow-up, deeper dive workshop focused on building the 2027 you want. It will take place on Tuesday 12. January.
Who are we?
Lindsey, British-German mum of a 6y old, systemic holistic coach and trauma-informed mental health coach, trainer, facilitator, feminist.
Betty, French mum of 2, integral coach and yin/restorative healing yoga instructor, feminist.
What brings us together is being foreign mums in Berlin, who are exploring and celebrating female empowerment and community. We want to foster connection and belonging.
