✨Come Dream with Us! ✨

As the year’s end approaches, and the darker winter months call for us to reflect and replenish, we invite you to our dreamy December Salon. Together, we’ll honor this year’s leadership journey, listen for what’s stirring within, and engage in audacious imagining of the leaders we are becoming and the futures we’re bringing to life.

Women’s Leadership Salons are recurring intercultural, intergenerational gatherings for women and gender nonbinary people who seek to explore, elevate, and reimagine our leadership in beloved community. Our Salons are not traditional networking events or training sessions. They are facilitated community spaces of deep connection, reflection and sharing, peer learning, mutual elevation, collective reimagining, and action planning. We welcome all people who identify as women, including trans women, as well as gender nonbinary and gender-expansive people who seek to participate in a community that is elevating and reimagining women’s transformational leadership.

As a Salon participant, you are invited to bring a question or challenge you’re facing that is focused on a monthly theme. Through guided reflection and exchange, facilitated discussions in small and large groups, structured peer advisory conversations, and meaning making and action planning, we create a space to learn from each other and draw on our individual and collective wisdom.

This is a space for people who are ready to explore questions such as:

  • What beliefs about my worth, power, belonging, and leadership am I ready to question?
  • What has shaped the way I lead in my work and life?
  • Where am I being called to lead with more vulnerability, honesty, courage, care, creativity, or accountability to myself, and to others?
  • What resources and community support do I need to put my reimagined leadership models into practice and become the leader I envision myself becoming?
  • How can I best affirm and elevate my own and other women’s leadership?

What to Expect

While the theme and format will vary, our Salons usually include:

  • An arrival and grounding practice
  • Individual reflection, creative inquiry, and informal sharing
  • Facilitated dialogue on the theme
  • An opportunity to name a current leadership question or challenge and engage in peer-advisory conversations in small groups
  • Story-sharing, collective meaning-making, and resource exchange
  • A closing practice thats help participants form intentions and act on their gained insights in their work, lives, and communities

Participants are invited to engage at the level that feels right for them. You may come with a fully-formed leadership challenge, an emerging question, a season of transition, a desire for community, or simply curiosity about what becomes possible in a room of people committed to transformational leadership.

Who This Is For

This gathering welcomes women and gender nonbinary people across identities, generations, cultures, sectors, and leadership experiences.

You may be an emerging or seasoned organizational leader, entrepreneur, student, organizer, artist, caregiver, or someone who is still deciding how you want to show up as a leader. Everyone is a leader at their own level and in their own way.

We especially welcome those whose leadership has been minimized, misunderstood, tokenized, or constrained by dominant cultural biases about who is a leader and how leadership is supposed to look and act.

You belong here if you are seeking a leadership practice that is more:

  • Grounded in your lived experiences
  • Aligned with your values
  • Attuned to relationships, culture, and community
  • Honest about power, identities, and systems
  • Creative, courageous, and accountable
  • Connected to collective care and shared liberation
  • Aligned with the future we all deserve and you want to help create

Your Hosts

Marie Deveaux, Founder of High Tides Consulting, LLC, and Katherine Turner, Founder and President of Global Citizen, LLC consulting, coaching, and training for transformation, are passionate about creating identity-affirming spaces where leaders can explore what shapes them, connect across differences, and elevate and reimagine their own and others’ liberatory leadership practices.

Fee & Inclusion

Fee: Pay what you can to offer the hosts compensation for their time and effort: $45, $35, $25, or $15. If cost is a barrier, contact us for the free promo code.

Inclusion: We believe in a gender-inclusive and affirming understanding of “women.” We welcome all people who identify as women, including trans women, as well as gender nonbinary and gender-expansive people who seek to participate in a community that is elevating and reimagining women’s transformational leadership.
