THEME - Nature
What role does nature play in your life?
WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll follow a relaxed structure:
1. Journal prompts – Take some time to reflect on your personal connection with nature.
2. Guest speaker – Explore the fascinating world of insects with our guest speaker, who will share her passion and knowledge of these tiny creatures.
3. Group reflections – Share thoughts, experiences and explore the parallels between nature and our own lives.
4. Open sharing – An opportunity for everyone to speak, listen and connect.
There’s absolutely no pressure to speak. You’re welcome to simply listen and enjoy being part of the group.
WHAT TO BRING
* A notebook and pen.
* Your curiosity and an open mind.
* Yourself, just as you are!
Our intention is to create a safe, inclusive space where we can express ourselves freely, learn from one another and feel empowered.
Can’t wait to meet you and share this evening together! ❤️
