About this Event
At our last Women’s Circle, we invited each woman to anonymously write down a topic or question she would like the group to explore. Everyone folded their paper and placed it in a bowl.
One member volunteer randomly picked one of the papers without looking at the topic beforehand. The question that came up was:
“Why do women like to suffer?” It is quite a provocative statement because it assumes that women like suffering. Do we? ...
In this group coaching session, we are going to explore the word “suffering” through the unique story, mind of each participant. You might read this question and immediately feel like rejecting it. But what if, instead, we allowed ourselves to connect with the idea of suffering and explore what happens when we leave space for it alongside joy?
As I always say, I believe in the circle and in the wisdom of each woman who is part of it. I trust that, together, we will discover what this question means for each of us.
In this circle expect flowers, art and expansion.
What makes my group coaching special?
Four years of facilitating Women’s Circles have taught me how to create a space where ambitious, growth-oriented women can slow down, go deeper, and have conversations that often don’t happen in everyday life.
The women who join are curious, open, and ready to explore themselves from different perspectives. They come not only to share, but to listen, question, reflect, and learn from the wisdom of the group.
What to bring
An open mind: come curious, without needing to have all the answers.
Your own experiences: there is no need to prepare anything in advance.
Full presence and an open heart: be willing to listen to yourself and to the other women in the circle.
Curiosity: especially towards the parts of yourself you may normally avoid or judge.
A willingness to listen: to yourself and to others, without fixing, judging, or giving unsolicited advice.
Your bottle of water
Note: Please wear comfortable clothes, as we will be sitting on cushions.
