Natalie's career has taken her from fashion photography and working as Studio Manager at ASOS.com to building her own successful wedding photography business.
Her work has taken her across the UK and around the world, photographing weddings in destinations including Paris, Hawaii, Iceland, New York, Las Vegas, California, Santorini and Venice.
Along the way, she has received numerous awards, including the prestigious Rangefinder Rising Stars of Wedding Photography, and has been recognised as a Top UK Wedding Photographer by ELLE UK in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
But this talk isn't about a highlight reel.
It's about the decisions, challenges and lessons behind the success.
👤 Meet Natalie Webster
Natalie Webster is a worldwide award-winning photographer, educator and mentor based in Buckinghamshire.
Originally trained in fashion photography, Natalie's career has included work for ELLE UK, Cosmopolitan, ASOS, Vidal Sassoon, Tesco and Sweaty Betty, as well as photographing personalities including Sir Ian McKellen, Dame Kelly Holmes, Dita Von Teese and Antony Gormley.
After graduating with a BA Honours Photography degree and spending more than two years as Studio Manager at ASOS.com, Natalie became self-employed in 2010 and went on to build Natalie J Weddings into an internationally recognised wedding photography business.
