Women's Gathering ~ Make Your Own Sound Healing Pala Chime

Amidst the choas of society, this evening is your invitation to pause and settle into the stillness of the moment. Join us for a gathering of women, a safe space to exhale, soften, and remember who you are beneath the noise.

Make Your Own Pala Chime
The heart of our evening is a hands-on, soul-nourishing ritual: together, we’ll create our very own sound healing Pala Chime instruments. Guided step by step in a circle of women, you’ll bring your chime to life with your own hands and intentions, then take it with you as a remembarance. A little piece of the earth to call in stillness, clarity, and presence wherever you are.

Our Evening Together

🕯️ Intention Setting: We’ll begin by arriving, breathing, and planting a seed for what you’d like to welcome in.

🔔 Pala Chime Making: Create your own sacred sound tool in community with your own energy and intention.

🍊 Fresh Pressed Juice & Heart-Opening Connection: Sip something nourishing while we share in vulnerable, honest connection. Softened hearts, open ears, and the gentle comfort of being truly seen.

🌌 Sound Journey & Reiki: Settle in and let the vibrations wash over you clearing any stagnant energy. Integrate, align, and journey inward exploring your soul in this space of deep awareness.

This gathering is for you if:
You’re craving stillness, sisterhood, and a moment to just be. No experience is needed, only an open heart and a willingness to soften.

Your soul deserves a moment of pause.

Come breathe, create, connect, and remember the quiet magic that lives within you.

🌸 All women welcome. Space is limited, so reserve your spot and join the circle. 🌸
