About this Event
Get some exercise, reduce stress and join like-minded women on a journey of safety, confidence, and empowerment with dedicated classes and exclusive training opportunities. Fight Club is an ongoing, monthly, women's self-defense program covering: striking, ground defense, takedowns and sweeps, throws, escapes, defense against weapons and so much more!
