What if resilience isn't about becoming unshakable, but about discovering what helps us remain rooted, connected, and supported through change? As autumn begins its slow surrender to winter, we gather one final time this year to explore the wisdom of the mountain.
From a distance, a mountain appears strong, steady, and unmoving. But look a little closer. Her valleys have been carved by water, her edges softened by wind, her landscape shaped by countless seasons of change.
She is not resilient because she has remained untouched. She is resilient because she continues to change.
And perhaps we aren't so different.
Join us for the final Women’s Elemental Circle of 2026: A Year of Seasons, Stories & Cycles on Saturday, November 14 from 1-4pm.
🍂 THE MOUNTAIN WITHIN
Resilience, Belonging & the Wisdom of Becoming
For our November Women's Elemental Circle, we'll explore Skaði (SKAH-thee), the Mountain Woman of Norse mythology, and the archetype of the Sovereign Woman. Through her story, we'll reflect on belonging, boundaries, self-trust, and the wisdom of knowing what truly sustains us.
Together, we'll explore a different understanding of resilience. One that makes room for softness, grief, rest, adaptation, and the relationships that help carry us through life's changing landscapes.
What to expect:
🍂 Seasonal wisdom, storytelling, and meaningful conversation
🏔️ Gentle somatic practices and guided rest
🎨 A creative resilience collage experience, guided by a guest trauma therapist, exploring the people, places, and practices that support us
🤎 A thoughtfully curated space to connect with women across generations and seasons of life
No artistic experience is needed. No pressure to share your story. No expectation to arrive feeling strong, grounded, or particularly resilient.
Come exactly as you are.
These circles are not about having all the answers or becoming a better version of ourselves. They're about creating a softer place to land, listening to the wisdom already within us, and remembering that we were never meant to navigate life's changing seasons alone.
The mountain doesn't ask us to conquer her. Perhaps she simply invites us to remember where we belong.
We would love to have you in the circle.
Saturday, November 14
