Women Who Work – Brecon is a welcoming community for women who work for themselves, run businesses, freelance, work remotely or are building something of their own.
Whether you're a business owner, sole trader, consultant, freelancer, creative, remote worker or side hustler, this is a space to connect with other women who understand the realities of working independently and the challenges that can sometimes come with it.
This isn't traditional networking. There are no sales pitches, formal introductions or pressure to promote yourself. Instead, it's about building genuine connections, sharing experiences, exchanging ideas and creating a supportive community where women can learn from, encourage and support one another.
Some conversations may lead to collaboration, mentorship or business opportunities. Others may simply provide reassurance, inspiration or the chance to connect with women who understand the highs, lows and occasional chaos of working life.
