Women Who Move Metro Forward – A Panel Event Moderated by Randy Clarke

Join us for an inspiring and engaging conversation celebrating the women of Metro and the impact they make every day. Moderated by Randy Clarke, WMATA GM and CEO, this panel will bring together women leaders and team members to share their experiences, perspectives, challenges, and insights on leadership, career growth, and creating meaningful impacts. The panel begins at 6:00 p.m. with networking and refreshments before and after.

Kristie Swink Benson, Executive Vice President and Chief Communications Officer

This event will be moderated by Randy Clarke, WMATA General Manager and CEO.

The panel discussion will spotlight:

• Current and past major projects and lessons learned.
• Professional challenges women face in leadership positions, including visibility and advancement.
• Strategies for supporting and retaining the next generation of women in transportation.

The event will be held at the WMATA Board Room located at Metro's Headquarters at 300 7th Street SW, Washington, D.C.. Refreshments will be served.
