The Women Rising Wellness Festival is a transformative one-day event designed to empower women through holistic wellness experiences. Featuring diverse wellness journeys including mindfulness meditation, nutrition workshops, art therapy, leadership panels, and integrative health screenings, the festival creates a supportive community where women can explore personal growth, community connection, and collective empowerment through intentional, multifaceted wellness activities that nurture mind, body, and spirit.
