About this Event
Ladies, join us for an evening of connection, conversation, and learning as we explore one of the most popular ways to get started in real estate investing: house hacking.
Hear from women who are successfully using strategies like renting spare bedrooms, duplexes, and ADUs to reduce their housing costs and build long-term wealth. We’ll also cover financing options and get real about what the numbers look like to buy a house in today's market.
Meet the panel:
✨ Helen Adeosun is the corporate executive who used owner-occupied financing on her first two properties. She’s transformed them into shared housing that combine mid-term rentals and coliving.
✨ Candace Rogue is an artist, designer, and founder of a multidisciplinary creative studio. She’s transformed her home into a thriving shared living and creative space.
✨ Caitlyn Verdugo is a realtor and investor. She converted her basement into a studio apartment, built a separate coliving rental portfolio, and it on to her next house hack project.
✨ Laura Witte is a mortgage expert with over 25 years of experience and a 100% referral-based business. She’s closed over a billion in loans and is the #1 female originator in Georgia and in the top 100 originators in the country.
✨ Jasmine Brown is a private lender and real estate investor. She’s built her real estate portfolio across various strategies, using both owner-financing and private lending.
Whether you’re curious about house hacking or simply looking to connect with other women in real estate, we’d love to have you join us!
