On the page titled "Membership," select the $10 Introduction Judo Canada membership and the $10 Introductory Judo BC Program.
Program Content:
- Dojo etiquette, safety, and respect for training partners
- Judo principles and culture
- Fitness, mobility, balance, coordination, and physical literacy activities
- Back and side breakfalls
- Throws
- Ground techniques
Coaches will be female
No uniform needed, gis will be available to borrow during the lessons
You may wear the athletic clothing of your choosing
Full length pants are recommended
Please do not have pins or sharp objects in your hijab during practice
We will have private use of the dojo however one wall has windows so passerbys may see into the space

Complete registration by sending the $80 payment via e-transfer to the email [email protected] with the security question and answer as follows:

Include the participant's FIRST and LAST name in your E-Transfer.
Payment must be received before midnight on September 26th or you may lose your spot in the event.
Cancellation Policy: There will be no refunds for cancellations after October 3rd.
LIMITED SPOTS. If the activity becomes full a waitlist will be taken.
