Join other expectant mothers in this therapist-led group to find support & inner guidance as you move through your unique journey into Motherhood. The intention is to provide expectant Mothers with meaningful emotional, psychological, and relational support in the preparation phase of their journey, while supporting the enhancement of self-awareness, personal healing, and transformational growth. Participants are encouraged to share as much or as little as they are comfortable with in the group setting. Exercises for personal reflection will be provided, alongside body-based practices for self-connection.
Open to those who are planning on bearing a child and pregnant people.

Sliding Scale Cost
$210-$450
*Extended Health Plan coverage may be available. Registered Social Workers (RSW) are considered a health profession by the CRA & can therefore be claimed as a health expense on your income tax return.*
