About this Event
As the year winds down, there's no better way to celebrate than gathering with the women who have inspired, challenged, and championed you every step of the way.
Join the WTE Gainesville Chapter for our annual Holiday Party at the one and only Satchel's Pizza — Gainesville's most beloved, wonderfully eccentric gathering place — for an evening of real connection, celebration, and community as we close out the year together.
What to Expect
A Night Worth Celebrating: This is your moment to pause, look back at how far you've come, and raise a glass to everything you've built, launched, pivoted, and pushed through this year. You've earned this.
Your People, All in One Place: Whether you've been with the Gainesville Chapter since the beginning or this is your very first WTE event, you belong here. Come as you are, arrive when you can — there is no such thing as late, overdressed, underdressed, or out of place at a WTE event.
Better Connections: We think differently about networking at Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship. We connect over ideas, bold ambitions, personal passions, and the real conversations that actually move the needle. Our events are designed to make authentic connections easier and deeper relationships more natural.
Interesting Women at Every Stage: Whether you're a seasoned executive, scaling a company, building your career, or just beginning your journey — there will be someone in that room worth meeting. We're proud to be three times more diverse than the technology sector as a whole, bringing together women with different experiences, perspectives, and ideas that help our entire community break through and level up.
Come celebrate the season, the year, and most importantly — each other. We can't wait to see you there.
Venue Spotlight:
Satchel's Pizza is a Gainesville original unlike anything else — equal parts pizza shop, live music venue, toy store, and creative wonderland. Guests can dine inside a vintage van, beneath a retired airplane, or in a lush greenhouse, all while enjoying handcrafted pies and cold drinks. Original artwork, junk sculptures, and mosaic installations fill every corner of the property, reflecting a spirit of fearless creativity and genuine innovation that has made Satchel's a beloved Gainesville institution.
PS: In order to keep our community free for members, food and drinks at our events are self-pay. If you're interested in changing that (AKA sponsoring this event), reach out to us at !
