Surviving the Holidays is a helpful, encouraging seminar hosted by Trinity Grief Care for people facing the holidays after the death of a loved one. The seminar features video interviews with grief experts and others who have experienced the holidays after the loss of their loved one. Attendees will receive a booklet filled with helpful tips and suggestions for surviving the holidays. The seminar will be held in Room 226 at Trinity. This seminar is free and open to anyone in the community.
