About this Event
Rooted in empathy, adaptability, and enduring strength, women bring a powerful resilience to navigating crisis and uncertainty. In roles where foresight, protection, and healing are essential, women rise—not in spite of adversity, but because of it. Like a force of nature, women are resilient by design.
In 2026, we will have meaningful opportunities to gather, strengthen connections, learn from one another, and cultivate the mindsets that sustain resilience in both our work and our lives. At Women in Green, NYC Climate Week we will set our intention and practice gratitude together.
As billion-dollar climate disasters continue to rise, women in green building do too. In roles of designer, developer, construction, sustainability manager, and beyond, women are leading and crafting scalable solutions.
Join us for an affirming morning hearing from and sharing with industry peers putting resilience at the forefront of their work – both in design and performance as well as in mindset. Connect over stories and experiences that have led you through challenges to gratitude. We look forward to a bit of time to slow down and genuinely connect during the hustle and bustle of Climate Week.
