Seeking a new & fun way to get fit for 2026? Join us every Thursday from 7:00pm - 8:15pm at Kelowna Boxing Club!
These beginner boxing classes are the number one trending way to lose weight, and build self confidence. You'll learn how to protect yourself, build your cardio, and join a super welcoming group for newcomers.
Plus, your first class is free to try! So come drop on in, no need to fill out a registration form, just pop on by and check us out. All you need to bring is a water bottle and comfortable workout gear.

Come through the big black fences with the long driveway, you'll see a big brown house at the top. Once you enter the driveway take your first right and the gym is in the big metal building.
