Women’s Confidence & Self-Protection Workshop London | Stress Relief & Empowerment

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed or low in confidence?

This women only workshop in London helps you feel calmer, stronger and more in control, in just 2 hours. Through a unique blend of movement, drama and martial arts-based practices, you’ll reconnect with yourself in a safe, supportive, fun and creative space.

WHY JOIN THIS WORKSHOP?

This is not a typical class. This workshop is designed to support your mental health, emotional wellbeing and confidence through an engaging and enjoyable experience.

Using a unique blend of:

• Stress relief through movement (dance movement therapy inspired)

• Drama and expressive techniques

• Martial arts and karate based practices for self-protection, empowerment and confidence

You’ll explore emotions, reduce stress and feel more grounded, all in a way that feels creative, fun and freeing, with no pressure to perform.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

In this 2-hour guided workshop, you will:

• Release stress and tension from your body and mind

• Explore martial arts movements in a safe and empowering way

• Express yourself through movement and drama

• Reconnect with your body and inner strength

• Build confidence, presence and personal boundaries

• Feel calmer, more energised and uplifted

No experience needed.

EXPERT FACILITATORS

UKCP accredited Psychotherapist (17 years experience), trained in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, EMDR, CBT, EFT and Dance Movement Psychotherapy.

Jade also brings extensive experience in dance (various styles) and martial arts (Karate: black belt, Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu), supporting emotional resilience, embodied confidence and personal empowerment.

Actor with extensive dance training and Karate Second Dan black belt and qualified Instructor/Sensei, with over 16 years of experience in performance and martial arts.

Arianna’s work combines creativity and discipline, helping individuals build confidence, presence and self-expression. She also works with Action Breaks Silence, delivering self-defence workshops focused on preventing violence against women and girls in schools and communities.

Her approach is practical, empowering and deeply supportive.

📍 Location: Leyton Sixth Form Centre, Essex Road, Waltham Forest, London, E10 6EQ

⏱ Time: 9:30am – 11:30am (2 hours)

👕 Wear: Comfortable clothing / sportswear. Avoid jewelry and tie hair back.
