About this Event
A new year deserves a great night out.
Leave the January chill at the door and join Josh Buchter & Bethany Williams of Wolf of Broad Street for “Winter in the Tropics” at Luna Marre at The Piazza. The Annual Wolf of Broad Street "Royal Rendezvous" Real Estate Networking Party will be here before you know it!
On Thursday, January 28th, we’re bringing the Philly real estate and business community together for Royal Rendezvous 2027. Expect familiar faces, new introductions and plenty of reasons to stay out on a Thursday.
This year, we’re bringing “Winter in the Tropics” to Luna Marre at The Piazza in Northern Liberties. Settle into the stylish lounge, grab a cocktail at the tequila bar and catch up with friends on the heated patio overlooking The Piazza. It’s a little winter escape without leaving Philly.
Your first drink is included, delicious lite bites will be served, and DJ Jonny Stroud will handle the soundtrack. We’ll have media coverage capturing the evening, too.
Meet real estate agents, lenders, investors, developers, entrepreneurs and the local businesses that support them. The Philly real estate community is at the heart of this party, and all business professionals are welcome. Bring a colleague, invite a friend or come on your own. We’ll be happy to introduce you around.
DND: Do Not Disturb. We’re Socializing.
Give the notifications a break for a few hours. Put your phone on Do Not Disturb, catch up with old friends and say hello to someone you’ve only known online. Exchange numbers, share a laugh and enjoy the people in front of you. Your inbox will be there tomorrow.
Dress fresh. Make it your own.
A sharp jacket, a statement look, a little tropical flair. Whatever your style, wear it well and come ready for a night out.
