The Women’s Leadership Impact Initiative Christmas Brunch 2026 is more than a holiday gathering. It is an opportunity to celebrate the season while bringing together women who lead businesses, organizations, teams, communities, and ideas across Central Florida.
This year’s theme, Join the Table of Impact, reflects what happens when women come together with purpose.
Around the table, relationships begin. Ideas are exchanged. Opportunities are discovered. Doors are opened. And together, we can also help meet an immediate need in our community.
WLII invites you to spend the morning connecting with entrepreneurs, executives, business professionals, tourism and hospitality leaders, nonprofit leaders, community stakeholders, supporters, and partners while enjoying a festive Christmas brunch in Lake Nona.
Opening Doors. Feeding Hope.
This year, our Christmas gathering will also include a special community impact initiative focused on helping young people who may experience food insecurity while school is closed for Christmas Break.
Guests are invited to help WLII reach an initial goal of collecting:
120 supermarket gift cards valued at $25 each
120 fast-food gift cards valued at $15 each
Our goal is to provide additional food support for approximately 40 young people and families connected to an Orange County high school community.
Guests who would like to participate may bring one or more gift cards with them to the brunch.
Every contribution helps us turn a celebration into something more meaningful.
Because when we gather around the table, we can also help make sure another table has food on it.
