The first lecture of the 29th season of the Witte Lectures is this coming weekend, February 27 & 28. It will feature former Senior Director for China and Taiwan Affairs at the National Security Council, Julian Gewirtz, speaking on U.S.- China Tensions—Past, Present, and Future. Because of the ongoing construction of Witte Hall, the lectures will be held at the Oasis Senior Center Auditorium. There are still some tickets available. With all the misinformation and disinformation about the U.S. relations with China, you will want to hear this historian and State Department officer. https://nbplfoundation.givecloud.co/product/JulianGewirtz/julian-gewirtz-witte-lectures
