Within: An Art Therapy Group for Mothers

Within is a strengths-based art therapy process group for mothers navigating identity shifts, transition, grief, connection, mental health, and emotional landscape. Through guided artmaking and group reflection, participants build insight, process experiences, strengthen coping skills, cultivate self-compassion, reconnect with personal values and sense of self, strengthen social support and foster resilience.

• 8 weekly Sunday Afternoon, 90-minute sessions- Small closed group for trust & safety
• Dates: November 1st- December 20th
• Adults who identify as mothers (pregnant, postpartum, adoptive, foster, and/or caregivers of children of any age) experiencing life transitions, stress, identity shifts, and isolation.
• No art experience required- Format: Check-in, mindfulness, artmaking, reflection, closing
