About Jim Massey
Jim Massey’s approach to barbering and men’s grooming is rooted in classic techniques, shaped by an intensive apprenticeship with a 1960s-trained barber early in his career. His passion for the craft grew through American Crew, leading him to join Team Crew in 2011 and become an American Crew All-Star Educator. As a barber and educator, Jim combines timeless techniques with modern styles to create polished, personalized looks while inspiring other professionals to grow their skills. He sees endless opportunity in the ever-evolving men’s grooming industry and is passionate about helping the next generation of barbers take their careers to the next level.
