This month, we’re pouring with UVA Imports and heading north—through Friuli, Piedmont, and Veneto—for a tasting built for anyone who likes their wine with a little context.
Expect Alpine influence, ancient native grapes, skin-contact-adjacent rabbit holes, serious minerality, savory reds, and at least a few moments of “wait…why don’t I drink more of this?”
We’ll talk terroir, indigenous varieties, appellations, winemaking traditions, and the beautifully complicated world of Northern Italian wine—without making it feel like homework.
