Warrior Yoga (For Veterans)

This free trauma-informed yoga class is provided by the Town of Franklin in partnership with nonprofit Warrior Within Yoga Project.
Sessions are open and available to all local veterans, service members, first responders and their immediate family.
We will meet upstairs on the 2nd floor. Yoga mats and props are available on site. All ages and levels are welcome. We often incorporate adaptive practices, including using chairs.
