𝙒𝙄𝙎𝘿𝙊𝙈. 𝙎𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝘽𝙚. is a nurturing women’s wellness evening designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect with your health and wellbeing as a woman in a fast-paced world where we sometimes forget who we really are.

After a sold-out event in 2022, it’s time to bring a little bit of ‘wisdom’ back for women to explore what creates heightened stress, mental overload, and a feeling of overwhelm, not forgetting physical and emotional tension.
Everyday responsibilities, relationships, and modern living can leave us feeling zapped and constantly “on,” making it harder to maintain balance and focus.
This community evening offers a gentle yet powerful opportunity to slow down and shift from stress into steadiness, moving from a sense of overwhelm to a sense of ease, and most of all connect with each other with gentle movement and a Tai Chi sequence by Meridian Connection to finish the evening.

We will explore the WISDOM framework in a gentle and interactive way:

Through gentle reflection, we will consider what supports our wellbeing and how we can integrate small, sustainable practices into our daily lives. There will be time to chat and enjoy light refreshments.
