As we approach the longest night of the year, join us for an intimate evening of reflection, rest and renewal in honor of the Winter Solstice.
The Winter Solstice marks a powerful seasonal turning point. As nature becomes quiet and the days reach their darkest, we're invited to slow down, turn inward and create space for what we want to carry into the season ahead. And from that darkness comes a reminder: the light begins to return.
Hosted inside Bloom Skin Spa, this two-hour immersive experience blends ritual, intentional movement, sound healing and Reiki in a warm, intentionally small setting.

Arrival + Grounding Tea
Settle in with a warm cup of tea and allow yourself to transition out of the busyness of the season.
6:30–7:00 PM
Winter Solstice Ritual + Tea Intention + Fire Ceremony
We'll begin with guided reflection on the season behind us and the stillness of winter. Using your Winter Solstice Intention Card, you'll consider what you're ready to release, what deserves rest, and what quiet intention you'd like to nurture as we move toward the return of the light.
We'll close our ritual with a ceremonial fire, symbolically releasing what we're ready to leave behind and creating space for the season ahead.

Slow Stretch + Intentional Movement
Gentle, accessible movement designed to release tension, calm the nervous system and invite the body into deeper rest.
7:25–7:50 PM
Extended Sound Bath + Reiki Integration
Settle onto your mat for sound healing accompanied by Reiki offered throughout the room.
7:50–8:00 PM
Closing Circle + Integration
