About this Event

A 2.5-hour women's mini-retreat featuring somatic movement, breathwork, year-end reflection, manifestation journaling, sound bath, and a Ritual Goodie Bag.

Saturday, December 19, 2026 | 12:00–2:30 PM
Manhattan, New York

You've spent the year showing up for everyone else. Before 2027 begins, make some space for yourself.

Between work, relationships, responsibilities, and the expectations we place on ourselves, it's easy to move from one year into the next without taking time to reflect.

What are you ready to leave behind? What deserves more of your energy? And how do you want your next chapter to feel?

I'm Aydan Bayram, founder of BayramVeda Wellness, an Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner and somatic movement, breathwork, and meditation facilitator. My work helps women reconnect with their bodies, ease everyday tension, and cultivate greater self-awareness through mindful movement and restorative practices.

I created Let Go & Manifest as a guided experience to help you consciously close 2026 and step into 2027 with more clarity, intention, and connection to yourself.

Inspired by the symbolism of the Winter Solstice, this isn't another New Year's resolution workshop. It's a meaningful 2.5-hour journey of reflection, movement, release, and renewal.

What You'll Experience

1. Grounding & Breathwork
Begin by slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and becoming present through gentle breathing and guided meditation.

2. The Art of Letting Go
Through guided self-reflection and journaling, explore what you're ready to release — limiting beliefs, old expectations, unhelpful patterns, or anything that no longer feels aligned with the person you're becoming.

3. Your Vision for 2027
Create meaningful intentions for the new year through a guided manifestation and goal-setting workshop. Explore what truly matters to you and identify realistic steps toward your personal vision.

4. Somatic Movement & Integration
Reconnect with your body through gentle, accessible movement designed to encourage physical ease, awareness, and presence.

5. Guided Manifestation Meditation & Sound Bath
Complete the journey with a restorative guided visualization and immersive sound bath, allowing time to settle, rest, and integrate the experience.

Your Special Ritual Gift

Every participant receives a complimentary Ritual Goodie Bag, included with admission.

This thoughtfully curated take-home gift is designed to inspire continued self-reflection, mindfulness, and intention setting beyond the event.

What You'll Take Away
  • A clearer understanding of what you're ready to release from 2026
  • Meaningful intentions and achievable first steps for 2027
  • A personal experience of somatic movement, reflection, and deep rest

Whether you're familiar with somatic practices or completely new to meditation and journaling, you're welcome.
