Join Singing Bowls of the Rockies at Ascend Spa & Wellness at Hotel Polaris on October 30 for an immersive evening of music, movement, and sound inspired by one of nature's most remarkable journeys: the monarch butterfly migration.
Set against the backdrop of Hotel Polaris, a destination inspired by exploration and discovery, this unique experience invites guests to reflect on their own personal journeys of growth, resilience, and renewal. Like the monarch's extraordinary voyage, we each navigate change, overcome challenges, and emerge transformed.
To honor this spirit of transformation, guests are encouraged to wear shades of orange, butterfly-inspired attire, or a simple accessory that celebrates the beauty of change and self-expression.
The evening begins with 30 minutes of live music, gentle movement, and community connection before transitioning into a deeply restorative sound bath experience. Settle in, close your eyes, and allow the sounds to transport you on a journey of relaxation and reflection.
Featuring singing bowls, gongs, crystal harp, flute, guitar, drums, vocals, and original compositions, this immersive concert experience explores themes of transformation, wonder, resilience, and renewal, creating a memorable evening designed to calm the mind, restore the body, and inspire the spirit.
Dress Code: Orange hues, butterfly-inspired accents, or attire that reflects your personal journey of transformation.
Your Sound Bath Experience includes:
- One Blanket
- Complimentary apple cider, tea, and cookies
- Live sound bath with several musicians playing crystal singing bowls, gongs, flutes, chimes, and many other healing instruments

Medical Notice:
If you have any serious medical condition (i.e. metal in the body/brain injury, tinnitus, epilepsy, metal in the body, etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath. The reason being that some conditions do not take well to the strong vibrations of sound baths. Additionally, please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us at our sound bath, thank you!
