Wine Tasting: Take your palate beyond first impressions. In this class we will explore the art and structure of wine tasting with a more discerning approach. Learn to distinguish fruit from structure and develop a deeper understanding of the elements that shape a wine’s character: tannin, acidity, sweetness, body, and style.
Through guided tasting, we’ll refine your palate, sharpen your vocabulary, and explore how these components come together to create balance, complexity, and expression. We’ll also consider how climate, grape variety, and winemaking influence what we experience in the glass.
Taste thoughtfully. Identify confidently. Appreciate more deeply.
