Willow Bird Feeder WorkshopCome along for an evening of willow weaving and create your own natural bird feeder to take home.
You'll start by making a beautiful cone-shaped feeder with its own willow handle.
And if you're a speedy weaver and time allows, there'll be the opportunity to have a go at a second design too, a seed feeder, woven around a wooden cookie base and finished with a natural willow structure and hanging rod.
Whether you make one or manage both, you'll spend the evening learning some simple willow weaving techniques and creating something practical and beautiful for your garden's feathered visitors.
I'll also share a little about our garden birds, what they like to eat and how to feed them safely as we head into the colder months.
