The aim of this Writing for Wellbeing workshop is for self expression that may or may not be crafted by the writers at a later stage. This session is not about academic excellence or literary structure; it offers journaling and prompted writing scenarios that build on life experience and internal dialogue in search of a regular writing ritual.
Bev Schofield is a passenger boat captain and college lecturer who has been running writing-for-wellbeing courses with Lapidus Scotland since 2016.
