About this Event
A group for wild women who want to lean into their inner crone. To connect more fully with our true natures, gain support from the plants around us, understand ways to nurture ourselves and stay healthy with the seasons. We will use the Nurtured Heart Approach®️and nature awareness as underlying principles for working together in community.
This small closed group will meet monthly to share plant connection, meditate, listen and be listen to, explore our selves and set monthly intentions. Each face to face session will take place in my summerhouse in Norwich from 6-8pm on a Thursday ( see below for dates). The sessions will include opportunities to participate in; a herbal tea meditation, creative activities, circle sharing and will explore seasonal support practices.
The group will also have an online community for sharing information and to support each other. We commit to attending each session and completing personal work in between allowing us to build trust and support ourselves and grow as a group.
