What happens when you stop thinking about how you’re supposed to move and and simply let your body lead?
We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to drop out of the mind, connect inward, awaken your intuition and come home to your body.
Then we let go.
No choreography.
No routine.
No counting steps.
No experience needed.
No judgment.
Just music, movement, breath and YOU.
Shake it out.
Sway.
Stretch.
Dance.
Move slowly.
Move wildly.
Get weird.
Get playful.
Get quiet.
There is no right way to do this.
Let your body speak.
Let your intuition lead.
Let whatever needs to move, move.
This is your invitation to release the rules, reconnect with yourself and remember the wild, free part of you that has always been there.
